Space Prisoners
All the prisoners have escaped and are planning to take over your city to prepare a war against the whole war, you've got to stop them from reacing the city center by shooting down their ships. Watch out for missiles, knifes and axes being shot at you and collect balloons to upgrade your health, kill off enemies or give you a temporary shield.
